About us
The Aims and Objectives of the South West RAYNET Association are to bring together at regular meetings, County Controllers and their Deputies in South West of England.
At less frequent intervals, to bring together County Controllers and their Deputies in South West, and Group Controllers and their Deputies in South West.
Representatives of User Services and/or other interested parties may be invited to attend these meetings.
All decisions as to the running of the Association shall be taken at the regular meetings.
A meeting shall be quorate when representatives from two-thirds of the Association are in attendance, with proxies.
Any decision shall require a majority of two thirds of those present at the meeting to be carried. Written proxy votes will be allowed.
Each RAYNET County/Group will have only ONE VOTE on a particular issue.
An Annual General Meeting shall be convened each October for the election of Officers of the Committee.
